Background: The patient presented with lower anterior teeth showing signs suggestive of pulpal necrosis and periapical involvement.

Diagnostic Considerations:

  • Clinical examination revealed non-vital tooth most likely due to trauma

  • Loss of lamina dura in the affected region

Treatment Plan: Based on the radiographic appearance and clinical correlation, root canal treatment was indicated.
